These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the metaldeck.smartskill.sa website and your purchase of products from Smart Skill Contracting Est. (“Smart Skill”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We supply composite metal deck sheets, welded shear studs, and edge retention (edge angle) systems for construction use. Product specifications (thickness, dimensions, material, standard) are described on each product page. Standard sizes and custom-length options are noted where applicable — custom or non-standard sizes are supplied on request and confirmed with you before dispatch.
Product images on this website are representative product photography. Minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur between the images shown and the physical product supplied, without this affecting the technical specification of the item.
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on this website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the standard Saudi rate of 15% and is calculated and added as a separate line item at Cart and Checkout. The final price inclusive of VAT is shown before you complete your order.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through this website’s standard Cart and Checkout process. We currently accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer (Bank Albilad) only. Upon placing an order, your order status will show as “On hold” until your bank transfer has been received and verified by our team, after which the order status is updated to “Processing” and then “Completed”.
Bank details for transfer are provided on the Checkout page, on your order confirmation email, and on our Contact page. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference to help us match your payment to your order promptly.
5. Delivery
Delivery pricing and timelines are not calculated automatically at checkout, because they vary by region and order quantity. After you place an order, our team will contact you (or you may reach us via WhatsApp) to arrange delivery and confirm the delivery cost and estimated timeline. Collection from our Jeddah warehouse can also be arranged on request.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Because our products are construction materials supplied to specification (thickness, length, and quantity as ordered, including custom-cut lengths), the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- Standard, unmodified stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom-cut or made-to-order items (for example non-standard deck lengths outside our standard 6m sheet, or bespoke quantities) are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed specification.
- Products that have been installed, cut, welded, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned.
- Return shipping/collection costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Smart Skill error (wrong item, defective product, or a specification mismatch).

7. Warranty & Quality
Our shear studs are manufactured and welded to AWS D1.1 structural welding standards, and our composite deck sheets are produced in Galvanized G90 finish. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match its published specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and photos of the issue, and we will investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smart Skill supplies construction materials and does not provide structural design, engineering certification, or installation services. It remains the responsibility of the buyer, their engineer, or their contractor to verify that the products ordered are suitable for the intended structural application, and to ensure correct installation in accordance with applicable building codes and standards.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
