Metal Deck — Composite Floor Deck
G90 galvanized steel deck sheets with an embossed profile that bonds with concrete, serving as permanent formwork within the composite slab system.
Shear Studs — Welded Shear Connectors
Steel shear connectors welded to structural beams to transfer shear between the steel frame and concrete slab in composite construction. Stud welding follows AWS D1.1.
Edge Trim Angle — Concrete Retention
L-shaped perimeter angle used to retain wet concrete at open slab edges and create a clean finished edge. Fixed 6m length, variable leg sizes. Made from G90 galvanized steel.
